Frequently Asked Questions
What primary services do you offer?
Our services include but are not limited to intensive out patient (IOP), individual therapy, recovery coaching, resources for sober living, interventions, and sober transports.
What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program for Addiction?
An IOP is a form of outpatient therapy and a specific level of care provided by an addiction treatment center. As the name implies, it is not a residential program, although it often follows detox and inpatient treatment. However, many clients are assessed and placed directly into an IOP, it all depends on the individual assessment and treatment plan.
What does a recovery coach do?
A recovery coach is not a clinician. As a coach we provide guidance, tools, resources, education and lived experience to people suffering from substance use disorder and empower them to live a life in recovery where they do no harm.
How much does it cost?
We understand the fear of the financial burden of treatment. We offer many options from private pay, insurance, and scholarships. We also have partners that have zero to low cost workshops, meetings, and groups.
How much time does it take?
It’s your recovery and how much additional time you put into it is up you. We will meet you where you’re at in your recovery journey. Working with your therapist and/or coach, a recovery wellness treatment plan will be established to meet your individual needs. Our IOP program meets for 3 hours at a time, 3 days a week in-person or virtually. We do recommend one hourly one one session a week with your coach and/or therapist.
What are your qualifications?
Our therapists and coaches are a diverse group of individuals that are all licensed to practice and are certified CCAR recovery coaches with different lived experience and long term recovery.
